WolfCalls provides digital services in the form of cryptocurrency trading signals delivered through Discord. Due to the instant-access nature of our digital services, all sales are final once access has been granted.

2. No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

• Access to premium signals is granted immediately upon payment confirmation
• Digital services cannot be "returned" once delivered
• Trading signals are time-sensitive information
• Change of mind or failure to use the service
• Trading losses incurred while using our signals

3. Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing access to the service (that we cannot resolve)
• Duplicate payments made in error
• Payment made but access never granted due to our system error

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of the issue occurring.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

Please note that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed by us or anyone else. Ensure you are sending the correct amount to the correct address before confirming any transaction.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

• No partial refunds for unused subscription time
• You will retain access until your current billing period ends
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds
